The registration will be open from November 1st 2023 until March 30th 2024. Please complete this questionnaire questionnaire if you plan to attend the conference or make a contribution. Then, email your completed form to ewgmcda97@uniwa.gr

Social Events

MCDA-97 offers two social events: a gala dinner and a guided sightseeing tour. If you are interested in participating in the social events, please fill out the questionnaire till Sunday 31st March , which you can find at the following link: https://ec.europa.eu/eusurvey/runner/97-EWG-MCDA.

Gala Dinner

The gala dinner will occur at Restaurant “To Kapodistriako” in the “Kostis Palamas” building on Thursday, 2 April 2024, at 8.30 PM. There is no participation fee in the Gala Dinner for the participants with an article (regular or discussion) to the 97th EWG-MCDA meeting. The participation fee for accompanying persons or participants with no article is 42 EUR and will be paid on Thursday at the conference. Participant who wish to participate in the gala dinner must register it by Sunday 31/3/2024.

Guided tour in Acropolis & Plaka Neighborhood

This is a walking guided tour of the picturesque parts of the old town of Athens (Plaka, Monastiraki, and Anafiotika) and the Acropolis of Athens (Parthenon, Erechtheion, Nike Temple, Dionysus Theater).The tour lasts 3 hours and costs 30 euros for adults 25 years old and over (to be paid on Thursday at the conference). There is a discount for citizens of EU countries and non-EU countries under 25 years old. Please ask us on Thursday at the conference. The cost includes the local licensed guide and the entrance fee to the Acropolis archaeological site. Gathering point: Station “Acropolis” of Athens Metro Line 2 (Red Line) – Exit to “Makrigianni” street at 09:45.
